MANILA, Philipines – State weather service PAGASA reports that, with a northeast monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas and a trough of low pressure area affecting Eastern Mindanao, those out and about in various parts of the country should expect some rain this Friday, February 14.
PAGASA reports that Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, along with isolated light rains. Visayas will experience a cloudy day with light rains. Meanwhile, Mindanao will have cloudy skies, along with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Seafarers should take note that moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas due to moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast.
Other locations should expect slight to moderate seas due to light to moderate winds. – Rappler.com
