MANILA, Philippines – It will be a rainy Saturday in Eastern Visayas, the regions of Caraga and Cordillera, and the provinces of Ilocos Norte and Aurora, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 am bulletin Saturday, February 15, PAGASA said these areas will have cloudy skies with light rains as a northeast monsoon affects both Luzon and Visayas.

Mindanao, meanwhile, will experience light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms as a trough of low pressure area affects its eastern part.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.

Coastal seas in Luzon, Eastern Visayas, and the regions of Caraga and Davao will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the northeast.

Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the same direction.
