MANILA, Philippines – Large parts of the country will continue to have partly cloudy skies Tuesday, February 18, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The Visayas and Luzon will still feel the effects of the northeast monsoon, or the amihan, the bureau said in its 24-hour forecast Monday, February 17.
The said regions will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Mindanao, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Prevailing winds will come from the east to northeast.
There are no tropical cyclones within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the bureau added.
