MANILA, Philippines – Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will blow over provinces in the eastern portion of the country like Tuguegarao City in Cagayan, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur and Sorsogon. 

State weather bureau PAGASA reported in its March 16, 5 pm bulletin that these strong winds will cause coastal waters all over the country to be moderate to rough. 

Provinces in Caraga and Northern Mindanao are bound to experience cloudy skies bringing light rains and possibly thunderstorms, PAGASA added.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and Luzon will be watched over by partly cloudy skies. Those who will be in Luzon tomorrow should prepare for light rain.
