Still partly cloudy for PH Friday

MANILA, Philippines – The entire archipelago will still experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Friday, March 28, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Thursday afternoon, March 27, PAGASA said the country will also experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Easterlies are affecting the eastern section of the country.

Coastal seas will be moderate to occasionally rough as moderat to occasionally strong winds blow from the east to southeast over northern Luzon, and from the east over the eastern section of central and southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 

Elsewhere, the waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate blow form the east.
