MANILA, Philippines – Those in the eastern regions of the Philippines should expect moderate to occasionally strong winds on Saturday, March 29.

In its 5 pm, March 28 bulletin, state weather bureau PAGASA said winds from the east to southeast will prevail over the eastern portion of the country. This translates to moderate to rough coastal waters in these areas.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast, making coastal waters more peaceful.

The entire archipelago will be covered by partly cloudy to cloudy skies. Expect isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
