Cloudy Saturday across PH

MANILA, Philippines – Different parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening of Saturday, April 5, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5am bulletin on Saturday morning, PAGASA said Cagayan Valley will also have scattered light rains and isolated thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds coming from the northeast will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along this area is expected to be moderate to rough.

Across the archipelago, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
