Cloudy Thursday for parts of VisMin

MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Depression Domeng (international name Peipah) will bring cloudy skies to several parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, April 10, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Wednesday, April 9, PAGASA said Central and Eastern Visayas, as well as the regions of Caraga and Davao will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. 

The center of Domeng was at 370 km east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, with maximum sustained winds of 45 km per hour. It is still moving northwest in direction at 5 km per hour. 

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the northeast to northwest over the eastern section of the country. Elsewhere, waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to northwest.
