MANILA, Philippines – A low pressure area (formerly Tropical Depression Domeng) will bring cloudy skies to parts of Visayas and Mindanao Thursday, April 10. 

As of 10 am Thursday, state weather bureau PAGASA said the low pressure area (LPA) was at 470 km east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies and scattered light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Seaboards along these areas will be moderate to rough.
