MANILA, Philippines – The entire country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Tuesday, May 20, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

According to their May 19, 5 pm bulletin, these skies threaten to bring isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms across the archipelago mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Luzon will experience light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast. Meanwhile, winds of the same strength blowing from the east will prevail over the rest of the country.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate because of this.
