MANILA, Philippines – The entire archipelago will be partly cloudy on Friday, May 23, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 

In its 5 pm bulletin on Thursday, May 22, PAGASA said these skies will be accompanied with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. 

A ridge of high pressure area is extending over Luzon. 

Coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to southeast over the whole country.
