MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will prevail over the entire country on Saturday, May 24, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its May 23, 5 pm bulletin, the agency said partly cloudy skies will likely bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.

 Over Luzon, light to moderate winds from the southeast will prevail. Winds of the same strength from the east to southeast will blow through the rest of the country.

Thus, coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
