MANILA, Philippines – The entire country is in for a partly cloudy Wednesday on May 28, said state weather bureau PAGASA. 

Isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are likely in the afternoon or evening, according to the agency’s May 27, 5 pm update.

Northern Luzon will be visited by light to moderate winds from the southeast to south. Winds from the east to southeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon and Visayas. Winds from the east and southeast will blow through Mindanao. 

These winds will make coastal waters all over the country slight to moderate.
