MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will have cloudy skies on Friday, September 5, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, September 4, PAGASA said one of the low pressure areas (LPA) was located in the vicinity of Dagupan City, while the other LPA was spotted 440 km east of Virac, Catanduanes. 

The cloudy skies will bring in light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over the entire archipelago.

Coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to northwest over Luzon and Visayas, and from the west to southwest over Visayas and Mindanao.
