Still cloudy for parts of PH on Saturday

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will persist on Saturday, September 6, over various parts of the country, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, September 5, PAGASA said one of the low pressure areas (LPA) was located at 310 km west of Dagupan City, while the other LPA was spotted 660 km east of Aparri, Cagayan.

Bicol region, Mimaropa, Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southwest to south over Luzon, and from the southwest over Visayas and Mindanao.
