MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines will have cloudy skies on Monday, September 8, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.
In its 5pm bulletin, PAGASA said the regions of MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao, CARAGA, Davao and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
The southwest monsoon is also affecting the western section of Luzon and Visayas.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail over the western section of Luzon and Visayas.
The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough as well.
In other parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas. – Rappler.com
