MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will experience partly cloudy skies on Thursday, October 23, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Wednesday, October 22, PAGASA said these skies will be accompanied with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section of the Philippines.

Easterlies are also affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Coastal seas will be moderate to occasionally rough as moderate to occasionally strong winds blow from the northeast to east over Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north.
