MANILA, Philippines – It’s going to a rainy day for Aurora, Quezon and Camarines in Luzon on Wednesday, October 29, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In the agency’s October 28, 5 pm bulletin, PAGASA said cloudy skies are likely over the areas, bringing light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Up north, in Cagayan Valley, cloudy skies are likely to bring light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago, meanwhile, can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies threatening only isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The entire region of Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds from the northeast, making coastal waters in the region moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate.
