MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Thursday, October 30, for different parts of the country, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin Wednesday, October 29, PAGASA said Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Eastern and Central Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and the provinces of Romblon and Marinduque will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

A tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon, while a northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos region will have cloudy skies with light rains, and the rest of the conutry will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal seas will be moderate to rough as moderate to occasionally strong winds blow from the northeast over Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to northwest.
