MANILA, Philippines – Regions in Luzon are likely to be affected by rains on Thursday, November 20, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.
In its November 19, 5 pm bulletin, it said that the Bicol region, Mimaropa and the province of Aurora are in for some light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Regions in the north – namely, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and the Ilocos region – can expect isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago may have isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Luzon should also be ready for moderate to strong winds from the northeast. These winds will make coastal waters moderate to rough. Elswhere, winds will be light to moderate leading to calmer seas.
