MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED 6 am) – With Tropical Storm Ruby (Hagupit) in the area, here are the latest rainfall advisories for areas to be affected by the storm, issued by state weather bureau PAGASA.
Rainfall warnings are issued by the state weather bureau based on “current radar trends, predicted typhoon track and all available data.”

YELLOW: Cavite and Batangas. Flooding is POSSIBLE in low-lying areas.
Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasionally heavy rains will affect Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, Zambales and Nueva Ecija, which may persist for 2-3 hours.
In effect until 9 am, or until next bulletin is issued.
