Cloudy Friday for parts of Luzon, Visayas

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, January 22, PAGASA said the following areas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms:

• Isabela
• Aurora
• Quezon
• Bicol Region
• Mimaropa
• Calabarzon
• Eastern Visayas

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos will also have cloudy skies, but with light rains.

Partly cloudy skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao, and isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon, while a northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Coastal waters elsewhere will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north.
