Light rains for C. Luzon, Bicol on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines – Central Luzon and Bicol region should be ready for light rains brought by cloudy skies on Wednesday, January 28, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In the agency’s Tuesday evening bulletin, it said that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will likely have isolated light rains and skies that are partly cloudy, at times, cloudy.

Meanwhile, Visayas and Mindanao can expect isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms with partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Luzon and Visayas will be visited by moderate to strong winds from the northeast, making ocean waters in these areas moderate to rough.

In Mindanao, winds will be light to moderate resulting in calmer seas.
