Rains for E. Visayas, parts of Luzon on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas and some areas in Luzon can expect light rains on Thursday, February 5, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its Wednesday evening bulletin, the agency said the areas of Luzon likely to be affected are Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, meanwhile, will have isolated light rains brought by partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

The rest of Visayas and the entire region of Mindanao isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The entire Philippines should brace for moderate to strong winds making ocean waters in the country moderate to rough.
