Light rains for E. Visayas, parts of Luzon Friday

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, February 5, PAGASA said Eastern Visayas, Bicol, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains in the next 24 hours. 

A northeast monsoon is affecting Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

Partly cloudy skies will bring isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over the whole country, causing moderate to rough seas.
