Cloudy Saturday for parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Parts of Luzon will have cloudy skies on Saturday, February 7, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 am bulletin Saturday, PAGASA said Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains in the next 24 hours. 

A northeast monsoon is affecting Luzon.

Partly cloudy skies will bring isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Luzon and Visayas, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast.
