Cloudy skies, light rains over northern Luzon on Sunday

MANILA, Philippines – Northern Luzon can expect light rains on Sunday, February 8, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Saturday, February 7, PAGASA said Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos Region, and the province of Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains in the next 24 hours.

A northeast monsoon is affecting Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

Partly cloudy skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and other parts of the country.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over the whole country, causing moderate to rough seas.
