MANILA, Philippines – Skies will be partly cloudy over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos on Friday, February 27, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, February 26, PAGASA said a ridge of high pressure area is affecting Northern Luzon.  

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the next 24 hours. 

Light to moderate winds will blow from the east to southeast over Northern Luzon, and from the northeast over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
