MANILA, Philippines – The whole country can expect isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Thursday, April 16, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

The agency, in its Wednesday evening bulletin, added that the entire archipelago is likely to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on that day.

Easterlies will bring moderate to strong winds over northern and central Luzon. Thus, ocean waters in these areas will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the archipelago will enjoy light to moderate winds leading to slight to moderate waters.
