MANILA, Philippines – The entire Philippines is likely to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies threatening only isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Tuesday, April 21, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its Monday evening bulletin, the agency said winds throughout the country are likely to be light to moderate. This will lead to slight to moderate seas.
