MANILA, Philippines – The entire archipelago can expect a downcast day on Thursday, May 28.

State weather bureau PAGASA, in its Wednesday evening bulletin, said skies all over the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy.

There may also be isolated thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoor or evening, the agency added.

Light to moderate winds will prevail all over the country resulting in slight to moderate seas.
