MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Sunday, May 31, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin on Saturday, May 30, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

The ridge of a high pressure area continues to affect Luzon, PAGASA added.

Light to moderate winds from the south to southwest will blow over Luzon, and from the southeast over the rest of the archipelago. Coastal waters throughout the country will be slight to moderate.
