MANILA, Philippines – The whole Philippines will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Monday, June 1, according to PAGASA.

The state weather bureau said in its afternoon bulletin on Sunday, May 31, that isolated thunderstorms will likely occur over the whole country mostly in the afternoon or evening.

The ridge of a high pressure area continues to affect Luzon, PAGASA added.

Light to moderate winds from the south to southeast will blow over Northen Luzon while the rest of the archipelago will experience winds coming from the southeast to east.

Coastal waters throughout the country will be slight to moderate.
