MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Friday, June 5, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, June 4, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening in the next 24 hours. 

A ridge of high pressure area is affecting Luzon.  

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, as light to moderate winds blow from the east to southeast.
