MANILA, Philippines – The entire Philippine archipelago will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Tuesday, July 21, predicts the country’s weather bureau.

In its Monday evening bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said isolated thunderstorms are also expected in the country on Tuesday.

Northern and Central Luzon should brace for moderate to strong winds from the southwest. Ocean waters in these regions will thus be moderate to rough.

Elswhere, winds will be light to moderate resulting in calmer seas.
