Floods also affected power supply as the National Power Corporation (NPC) 10 MVA substation in Brooke’s Point shut down Wednesday morning, affecting three towns.

The NPC said operations would resume on Friday, January 6.

Brooke’s Point Mayor Cesareo R. Benedito, Jr. said operations of government offices which he canceled on Wednesday, would also resume on January 6. Classes will resume on Monday, January 9. –
