A statement by defense secretary Delfin Lorenzana says Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong ordered a citywide lockdown. Magalong, however, denies it.

More than 6000 alumni from the PMA attended the less political reunion at the Borromeo Field after the PMAAI banned adopted members from joining.
