The Cebu City Sports Commission outlined their format for grassroots sports development to the Philippine Sports Commission as a blueprint for cultivating talent nationwide

The Philippine Sports Commission wants to make Cebu City s grassroots sports programs which are free to the public the template for the rest of the country
