Clarkson, 23, participated in some drills but spent plenty of time on the sidelines as well speaking with fellow Gilas pool member Gabe Norwood and assistant coach Norman Black. He did not participate in the scrimmage.
Clarkson, who arrived in Manila on Monday, August 24, was originally announced to only “observe” Gilas training but ended up building up a sweat Wednesday night.
