MANILA, Philippines – Jordan Norwood, the Filipino-American brother of PBA player Gabe Norwood, is going to play in Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco after his Denver Broncos edged the New England Patriots, 20-18, on Monday, January 25.
Norwood finished the game with two catches and 16 yards after being targeted 3 times, including a 13-yard reception, which was tied for fourth highest from all Broncos receivers in the AFC Championship Game.
After the game, Gabe, a forward for Rain or Shine and the Philippine men’s national basketball team, congratulated his sibling on Twitter:
Ayyyyyyeeeee Super Bowl bound! Let's go @JordaNorwood! Blessings on blessings on blessings! @Broncos

The 29-year-old Jordan and Denver will face either the Carolina Panthers or Arizona Cardinals in the Super Bowl in two weeks.
The victory against New England must be sweet for Gabe’s brother. Before earning a spot with Denver, Jordan had been cut by the Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2013 and tore his ACL during a practice game after being signed by Denver in 2014. – Rappler.com
