MANILA, Philippines – Jemyca Aribado of the Philippine national squash team garnered her fourth medal in the 29th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games squash tournament on Monday, August 28, in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Aribado lost to Malaysian gold medalist Sivasangari in the women’s singles semifinal, 0-3, causing her to settle for a bronze medal finish again together with Singapore’s Sneha Sivakumar. The 23-year old Filipina was also the women’s singles bronze medalist in the 2015 edition of the SEA Games event.

Earlier in the tournament, Aribado already bagged a silver medal in the women’s jumbo doubles and 2 bronze medals in the women’s doubles and mixed doubles squash events. – Rappler.com
