MANILA, Philippines – Iowa Energy players Kailin Lucas and Jarnell Stokes came to blows during their team’s NBA D-League game against the Rio Grand Valley Vipers on Wednesday morning, January 28 (PH time) and were thrown out.
The fight occurred during a time-out called by the Memphis Grizzlies-affiliated Energy in the third quarter. Lucas ended up being bloodied, according to the game’s commentator. The cause of the brawl is not known.
