MANILA, Philippines – Predictably, few were happier about the Golden State Warriors’ game 1 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers than Riley Curry, the two-year-old daughter of Warriors’ point guard Stephen Curry.
Riley, who became an internet sensation after interrupting a post-game press conference and telling the reigning MVP to “be quiet,” gave her dad a pre-game good luck kiss. It must’ve been effective as he scored 26 points, including the first 4 of overtime in a 108-100 win at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif. on Friday, June 5 Manila time.
