Manny Pacquiao overcomes leg cramps to complete an intense strength and conditioning workout with Justin Fortune at UCLA's track and field

MANILA, Philippines – With Manny Pacquiao plagued once again by cramps in training camp, strength and conditioning trainer Justin Fortune found an alternative to reinforce the legs of the Filipino boxing icon as he prepares for his long-awaited bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2 (May 3 in PH).

In an Instagram post, the 36-year-old Pacquiao was seen running up and down the stairs of UCLA’s track and field with Fortune and his crew, executing sprints, hops, duck walks and alternate side-steps.
