It’s the day before the fight of the century.
On Friday, May 1 (Saturday, May 2 in Manila) boxing champions Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao faced each other for the last time during their weigh-in at Las Vegas.
Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 knockouts) and Mayweather (47-0, 26 KOs) will fight it out to decide who is the best fighter of this generation. Pacquiao, 36, of General Santos City, Philippines has won titles in 8 divisions while Mayweather, 38, has won titles in 5.
The fight is expected to break all previous financial records with tickets at a premium. Pacquiao just concluded training with Freddie Roach at the Wild Card Gym in LA while Mayweather trained in his homecourt, Las Vegas.
