WATCH: Kerr says Draymond ‘like a wrecking ball’ after triple-double
The Golden State Warriors move one win away from the NBA Finals after gaining a commanding 3-0 lead over the Portland Trail Blazers, thanks to their do-it-all forward

MANILA, Philippines – Golden State coach Steve Kerr had nothing but praise for Draymond Green after he put up a masterful triple-double to help the Warriors gain a commanding 3-0 series lead over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Green had 20 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists, and 4 steals as Golden State crushed Portland on the road, 110-99, in Game 3 of their Western Conference finals clash on Saturday, May 18 (Sunday, May 19, Manila time).

The Warriors trailed by as much as 18 in the first half and 13 by halftime, but Green continued to push the action until the Trail Blazers crumbled in the second half.

“I don’t even know what to say about Draymond,” said Kerr. “He was like a wrecking ball out there, destroying everything in his path.”

Still without superstar Kevin Durant, Golden State needed to have everyone in their  sharpest form, and Green obviously brought his A game.

“We’ve got guys out there, Steph (Curry), Klay (Thompson), and those guys who draw a lot of attention, so it’s on me to do my job and come through for those guys,” said Green, who notched his seventh career playoff triple-double.

The Warriors seek to complete the sweep in Game 4 in Portland on Monday, May 20 (Tuesday, May 21, Manila time). – Rappler.com
