Steph Curry says the Golden State Warriors, who reached the championship round for 5 straight seasons, will be back for another title run

MANILA, Philippines – Dynasty not yet over?

Steph Curry vowed the Golden State Warriors will keep chasing basketball supremacy even after their bid for a third straight NBA championship was crushed by the Toronto Raptors.

Basketball fans and pundits dubbed the Warriors’ latest finals loss as the end of their dominant run, but Curry believes otherwise.

“The story’s still going. A lot of people said this was going to be the end, but I’m not going to let that happen,” the two-time NBA MVP said.

“It’s going to be fun to come back and chase more championships next year and beyond.”

Although the Warriors missed out on the chance of capturing their fourth title in 5 years, Curry is still proud of what they accomplished.

“It was an amazing season. We went to 5 straight finals and did something that hadn’t been done since the 1960s, I believe,” he said.

“Obviously, we didn’t win and that’s a tough feeling coming off the court, but I’m very proud of the way we played all year.” – Rappler.com
