WATCH: Jeron Teng scores 42 points in PBA D-League debut

MANILA, Philippines – Jeron Teng, the former superstar player and Finals MVP of the DLSU Green Archers in the UAAP, opened the next chapter of his basketball career in headline-grabbing fashion by scoring 42 points in his PBA D-League debut for AMA.

Teng, who shot 12-of-27 from the field in addition to 7 rebounds and 6 assists, helped lead his club past Team Batangas, 101-95, at the Ynares Sports Arena on Thursday, January 19.

Teng also consistently got to the foul line, going 18-of-23 overall, plus was clutch down the stretch to seal the win for his squad.
