It’s a family thing: The competitiveness of the Ravena household
MANILA, Philippines – We’ve all experienced it. For some, it may be limited to the confines of a sports arena. For others, it could be among their group of friends. For many, it’s in the workplace. That competition. That ambitious drive. That zeal.
For Bong, Mozzy, Kiefer, Thirdy, and Dani, it’s right at the heart of home.
There are different ways families bond. For the Ravenas, it may very well be through competition.
Bong was the 1992 PBA Rookie of the Year. Mozzy was once a collegiate volleyball sensation. Kiefer was a two-time UAAP MVP and now a budding PBA star. Thirdy just won a UAAP Finals MVP. Dani’s UAAP career has just begun. To say they’re an athletic bunch would be the understatement of the year.
So what happens when you put 5 people used to doing their best to attain victory in the same environment? Well, you get battles for the TV remote, over mobile games, and the WiFi.
In addition to that, you’ve got tons of memories which include some physical moments during on-court battles.
In the latest part of Rappler’s one-on-one conversation with Kiefer Ravena, he opens up about the Ravena household and the competition that drives them, specifically the trio of kids.
Also, have you ever wondered who would win in a one-on-one-on-one game among the boys? Well, Kiefer gives his take. – Rappler.com
