PBA 2015 Commissioner’s Cup playoffs bracket

MANILA, Philippines – In the spirit of the filling out brackets for US NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament, better known as March Madness, we here at Rappler have decided to fill out brackets of our own in lieu of Filipino March basketball madness: the PBA Commissioner’s Cup playoffs.

The eliminations have come to a close, and only eight teams remain in the quest for a title. Three of our sports Rapplers came up with predictions from the quarterfinal round all the way to the finals. Check out what we think will go down over the next few weeks:

Some important notes before we begin:

The quarters series between the #1 vs #8 seeds and #2 vs #7 seeds involve the higher-ranked teams having twice-to-beat advantages. Meanwhile, the #3 vs #6 and #4 vs #5 series are best-of-threes.
